Form, a PropTech venture studio, needed to validate a new product concept — SnapSpace — designed to help businesses understand and benchmark office space costs and requirements. The challenge was to create a functional, user-facing MVP that could capture structured data on office type, rental costs, and fit-out pricing without the expense or complexity of a full-scale build. The project required a rapid turnaround, minimal investment, and a focus on efficiency. The goal was clear: launch fast, gather meaningful insights, and use real user data to validate SnapSpace's business model and inform the next stage of development.

We delivered a lean, strategic MVP using a combination of rapid web development and integrated survey tools. The project included MVP planning, website setup, and survey integration using Typeform to capture high-quality data through a structured, five-question form. The backend reporting enabled real-time analysis of user submissions — providing the SnapSpace team with actionable insights on market costs and preferences. Designed to balance speed and functionality, the MVP gave the client a live, testable product capable of validating hypotheses and collecting valuable market intelligence — all within a matter of days and at minimal cost.
