The Challenge

The Education & Training Foundation (ETF) needed a flexible, high-performing event landing page template that could be reused across multiple campaigns. The existing setup limited conversion potential and lacked visual cohesion with ETF’s refreshed brand identity. Adding complexity, all pages had to be built directly within the Cvent platform — with a two-week delivery deadline to support several live events. The challenge was to merge speed, design quality, and technical precision: creating something both visually engaging and technically scalable, while ensuring a seamless experience across devices and maintaining the performance standards essential for campaign success.

We approached the project in two focused phases: design and development. First, we created a clean, user-centric interface that aligned with ETF’s new design system and improved navigation for higher engagement. With just one design feedback round available, every decision had to count. Once approved, we built the template directly within Cvent, using custom widgets to enable flexible content updates and rapid reuse. The final landing page was fully optimised for desktop and mobile, designed to load fast and guide users smoothly through registration. In under two weeks, ETF gained a scalable, future-ready solution.
