The Challenge

Agilisys is a leading tech provider for the UK public sector, helping local authorities and government organisations improve digital services. With growing demand for cloud-based solutions, they developed a range of new cloud services but needed a way to cut through and create awareness. The challenge was clear: launch the new offer with a strategy that would deliver leads, not just noise. The team needed support to define the right message, reach the right audience, and convince public sector buyers that Agilisys had the expertise and scale to be their trusted cloud transformation partner.

The Solution

We worked closely with Agilisys’ senior leadership to develop a go to market strategy for the new cloud services. Together, we defined clear objectives, audience personas, core messaging, and tactical channels. With the strategy in place, we created a content-led campaign built around strong propositions, thought leadership, and case studies to demonstrate Agilisys’ capability. We partnered with their central marketing team to deliver and optimise the campaign, focusing on high-quality engagement and lead generation. The mix of strategic planning and practical delivery helped the business build momentum quickly and show up with real authority in the public sector cloud space.

Within three months, the campaign delivered over 3,000 unique engagements and more than 250 downloads of key content. Most importantly, monthly lead generation increased by 114%, giving the sales team a strong pipeline of engaged prospects. Agilisys now has a full suite of content that supports both brand building and sales enablement, and a go to market strategy they can use to promote future services. The project helped the business move quickly, launch with confidence, and demonstrate their strengths in a way that resonates with the public sector audience.
