The Challenge

The Education & Training Foundation (ETF) needed to transform a fragmented digital landscape into a unified, commercially capable platform. Its websites were disconnected, its user experience inconsistent, and its content lacked a clear “Why ETF?” narrative. As the organisation pursued greater commercial sustainability, the digital experience needed to both serve educators and support revenue growth through memberships and training. The challenge was to design a cohesive, product-focused ecosystem — one that simplified journeys, improved discoverability, and aligned every page with ETF’s strategic goals. To achieve this, we needed to manage strategy, structure, and execution — all within one seamless process.

The Solution

We led ETF’s full digital transformation strategy — managing every stage from user experience strategy to content and wireframe development. Following stakeholder workshops and analysis, we defined four key user personas and established ETF’s Customer Experience Doctrines to guide design decisions. We created a unified site architecture, a detailed SEO strategy based on 155+ high-value keywords, and a complete content plan with page-level messaging and structure. The final deliverable was a working website prototype in wireframes, populated with approved content and interaction notes — a fully testable, design-ready model that set the standard for ETF’s new digital platform.
