The Challenge

Fleurets — the UK’s leading leisure property consultancy — needed to modernise its digital presence. The existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and failed to reflect the professionalism and credibility of the brand. The goal was to deliver a complete UX and UI transformation that would enhance engagement, streamline user journeys, and create a more stimulating experience across desktop and mobile. The challenge was to balance aesthetic refinement with technical precision, ensuring that the design could be efficiently integrated by Fleurets’ internal team while setting a new digital benchmark for the business and the wider property sector.

The Solution

We approached the redesign through a structured, five-phase process — Discovery, Design, Prototyping, Development, and Deployment. After an in-depth workshop to align objectives and define KPIs, we produced three design concepts to test visual and structural directions. Once the preferred route was selected, we built a high-fidelity interactive prototype, refined for usability and mobile performance. The final front-end — built in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — was tested extensively before handover to Fleurets’ internal team for backend integration. The result was a contemporary, conversion-focused interface that elevated the brand’s digital credibility and simplified user interaction throughout the site.
