The Challenge

AdviserPlus has been a major player in HR services for over 20 years, combining smart tech, data and consultancy to support HR teams. But as their offer evolved—and the HR world around them shifted—they realised their brand wasn’t quite keeping up. The way they talked about themselves no longer reflected what they actually delivered. On top of that, new service lines needed clearer messaging to land with clients. They knew it was time for a reset. One that would clarify their value, better reflect their strengths, and speak directly to the challenges HR leaders are navigating right now.

The Solution

We kicked things off with hands-on discovery workshops—digging into the business, the new services, and what their customers really care about. From there, we built a brand and service design process that helped AdviserPlus sharpen their focus: clearly defining their purpose, vision and mission, and shaping fresh value propositions for each of their core services. The aim was simple—give them the language, structure and confidence to talk about what they do in a way that feels relevant, strategic, and real. No fluff. Just strong, clear messaging that works across marketing, sales, and client conversations alike.

The project delivered a clearly articulated and differentiated brand positioning for AdviserPlus—one that reflects their evolution and connects with the needs of HR leaders in today’s market. We developed a suite of service value propositions that showcase how AdviserPlus empowers organisations to reduce complexity, improve employee experience, and deliver measurable results. The new messaging framework helped align internal teams and provide consistency across sales, marketing, and product communications. Ultimately, the repositioning enabled AdviserPlus to move forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose—better equipped to capture opportunities and lead the conversation in a changing HR landscape.
