The Challenge

Arch Apprentices is a specialist training provider delivering IT and digital apprenticeships in partnership with big names like CompTIA, Microsoft, and clients including Google, Facebook and The Guardian. But behind the scenes, their marketing setup wasn’t keeping up. They were using HubSpot, but not effectively. The platform was in place, but many features were either underused or misconfigured, leaving the team without clear performance insight or automation benefits. They needed help making HubSpot work harder—so they could get on with growing the business and supporting apprentices and employers across the country.

The Solution

We kicked off with a full audit of Arch’s HubSpot portal and marketing workflows to identify quick wins and longer-term improvements. We found several key features either misused or sitting idle, so we restructured the platform to align with their goals and marketing plan. From there, we ran hands-on training sessions to give the team the confidence to use HubSpot properly—from lead capture and nurturing to reporting and automation. The goal wasn’t just to fix what was broken, but to embed smarter habits that would help Arch scale their outreach and spend time on what works.

The Result

With a cleaner HubSpot setup and better processes in place, Arch gained visibility across their marketing performance and were able to invest in the highest-performing channels. Automation helped free up time, reduce manual work and keep prospective apprentices engaged with timely, relevant content. Most importantly, the business saw real-world results—growing by 300 percent in 2017. That success meant more apprentices trained, more employers supported, and a stronger foundation for further expansion. Since then, we’ve continued to support the team as they evolve their offer and look for new ways to engage learners, partners and employers at scale.
